2021 Mecca Pilgrimage Muslim Hajj Ihram and new policy
As we all know, the new crown epidemic has not been completely controlled so far. It has had a major impact on my country and the world. The number of infected people is large and many people have lost their lives. Our country is under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee, and the people of all ethnic groups across the country have worked hard and watched for help. The epidemic has been effectively controlled and social life has gradually returned to normal. However, the daily increase in infection data abroad is reminding us that the international epidemic situation is still very severe, and the new crown epidemic has become a major event threatening the health and safety of all human beings. Saudi Arabia, the country where the Hajj ceremonies are located, has so far been infected with more than 220,000 people and more than 2,100 people have died. To this end, the Saudi government, in line with the spiritual concept of protecting the lives of pilgrims, announced on June 22 that due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, only a few people currently living in Saudi Arabia will be allowed to participate in the Hajj this year. This decision demonstrates Islam’s noble spirit of cherishing life, reflects Islam’s fine tradition of respecting science, and has been widely recognized and supported.

In view of this, the Chinese Islamic Association issued a notice on June 24, deciding to suspend the organization of the 2020 Hajj activities for Chinese Muslims. As a Muslim, how to correctly understand the hajj work under the epidemic? Islam is well-known that the new crown epidemic has not been completely controlled so far. It has had a major impact on my country and the world. The number of infected people is large, and many people have lost their lives.

As a Muslim, how to correctly understand the hajj work under the epidemic situation, and what Islam does say about this, we will discuss as follows
1. Safe journey and good health are necessary prerequisites for Hajj

The noble Allah said in the noble Quran: “Everyone who can travel to the Kaaba has the obligation to make hajj for Allah” (3:97).

The "neng" in "everyone who can travel to the Kaaba" in the scripture includes the pilgrims' own abilities and external conditions. Financial ability means that in addition to all the expenses required for the hajj, the pilgrims must also have enough living expenses for their family members for one year. A safe journey means that there is no war, turmoil, famine, plague or other disasters in the place and destination where the pilgrims pass. Physical health means that the pilgrims must be free of disabilities, disease-free, able to withstand the hardships of long-distance travel, and able to withstand the hot climate and collective life of the Hajj ceremony.

With the development of the times and social progress, the number of hajj in various countries in the world is not the same as in ancient times, which puts unprecedented pressure on the capacity of the pilgrimage site, and makes the prevention of diseases and epidemics to ensure the safe progress of hajj activities in ordinary years more important. Today, we are facing a severe situation under the new crown epidemic. In order to protect the health and safety of hajj people, we Muslims must have a full understanding of hajj homework under special circumstances and make all preparations.

The sage Liu Zhi once said: "Luxe, useless, no relatives, no disease, but no dynasty."

As Muslims, we must avoid all risky travel and activities before the global epidemic is completely controlled, so as not to spread the epidemic and harm ourselves and our families.

According to Abdul Rahman Ibn Ov, "The Messenger of Allah said: "When you learn that a plague occurs in a certain place, you must not go; when a plague occurs in your place, do not Flee.'" (Bukhari compilation)

Hajj is a conditional homework, and the suspension can be suspended if the conditions are not met. At the same time, we should realize that Islam is a convenient and not difficult religion.

The noble and noble Allah said in the noble Quran: "It is for your convenience, not for your difficulties." (2:185)

As long as we have a pious intention, Allah will be tolerant and help.

2. Protecting health and cherishing life are the noble spirit of Islam

Safety and health is a prerequisite for Muslims to perform good deeds. Islam prohibits all actions that endanger health and life.

The noble Allah said in the noble "Quran": "You do not surrender yourself." (2:195) The Prophet said: "Do not hurt yourself or others."

Hajj is a religious activity that performs the same tasks at the same place and at the same time. During the pilgrimage season, millions of Muslims from all over the world gathered in Mecca. The population was highly concentrated and the risk of the epidemic increased sharply. The plague is extremely contagious. If you go to Hajj during the epidemic, then cross-infection is inevitable. Then you will return to your country with the virus and cause the epidemic to spread on a large scale. The consequences are chilling and unbearable. Protecting physical health and life safety is not only responsible for oneself, but also for family, others and the whole society. Islam firmly opposes ignoring health and ignoring life is irresponsible.

The Prophet said: "Patients with infectious diseases should not come to healthy people." (Buhari, Muslim compilation)

In history, Hajj has been interrupted more than 40 times due to various reasons. Although the Hajj is our long-cherished wish, under the current special circumstances, all of our Muslims should know the truth, take the overall situation into consideration, and carry forward the scientific spirit. When the conditions for hajj are not available and the objective environment does not allow , Obey and obey the relevant arrangements and requirements conscientiously.

3. Follow the scriptures, obey the arrangements, and practice the Hajj spirit in the life of faith

The current epidemic is a spiritual test and a tempering of will for Muslims who intend to make hajj. Although we are unable to fulfill our wishes due to the suspension of the Hajj, Allah knows our devotion and will certainly help us.

Looking back at that year, the Prophet led the disciples of the Holy Door from Medina to Mecca to perform the Umrah, but they were not completed due to obstruction, but the Prophet and the Muslims were not discouraged by this, but with patience and faith, One year after the signing of the "Houdaibia Agreement", the Umrah was replaced and fulfilled his wish.

The noble and noble Allah said in the noble Quran: “It is easy to accompany difficulties.” (94:5)

Difficulties and easy accompaniment is the normal state of life. As a Muslim, you should follow the teachings of the scriptures, obey the arrangements calmly, treat others with a calm heart, take the opportunity of being unable to hajj for some reason, reflect on the past, face today seriously, and actively welcome the future.

We must actively respond to the government's call, abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic, conscientiously protect ourselves, develop good hygiene habits, and protect the safety of ourselves and our families. At the same time, we must also do good deeds, do our part for the prevention and fight against the epidemic, and pray with pious prayers that the epidemic will end as soon as possible and life will be restarted.

The noble Allah says in the noble Quran: "You should do good, and Allah really likes people who do good." (2:195)

The Prophet said: "You should strive to keep clean. Allah regards cleanliness as the foundation of Islam, and only those who are clean can enter Paradise."

After going through this difficult time, each of us will have a sense of skin. While deeply feeling the preciousness and fragility of life, we also truly feel the strong strength of our country and the high degree of responsibility for the health of the people. Therefore, we must vigorously promote the fine tradition of Islam that loves the motherland and integrate it into our lives and work.

4. I sincerely hope that human society will be in the same boat and the world will be peaceful and peaceful

Human beings share the same root and share the same destiny. The noble Allah said in the noble Quran: "Everyone! I have indeed created you from one man and one woman. I have made you many nations and clans so that you can know each other." (49:13)
Mu Sheng said: "The world is the descendant of Adam, and Adam was created in the soil."

Today, we must establish a sense of a community with a shared future for mankind, keep watch and help each other, stand in the same boat, work together, and fight the "epidemic" together.

With the mindset that all human beings are brothers, in the global anti-epidemic process, we must resolutely oppose the paradoxical practices that associate the virus with countries and nations, treat all people with brotherhood, and do our best to dedicate our love and strength.

Dear Dosty! This plague is a major test. While it prompts us to reflect, it also motivates us to move forward. The virus is small, but it is a huge harm. In the face of this little virus, the noisy world came to an abrupt end. Human abilities are not all-encompassing, and awe is precious. But there is something in danger. "Danger" lets mankind know that no one can stay out in the face of the raging illness; "opportunity" can prompt human society to help each other, help each other, and share a common destiny.

The noble Allah said in the noble Koran: "I test you with misfortune and blessing, and you are only called to me." (21:35)

We Muslims must realize that through suffering, Allah makes us cherish life and health more, respect knowledge and science more, and let us understand how important peace and stability are, and how precious unity and harmony are.

The noble Allah said in the noble Quran: “We test you with slight horrors and hunger, as well as loss of property, life, harvest, etc., and you must report good wishes to the stamina” (2:156)

Pray for Allah to let the epidemic end as soon as possible, to make the whole world better, so that patients can recover as soon as possible, and to protect the country and the people, and world peace.

      Amin!
